Thank you for being a good teacher. I do your workout Monday to Friday I am a mother of 5 it's very hard for me to go out and work at the gym, but since I started with you, it's been great. I have already lost 6 pounds thanks to you. Whenever I workout with you, you always motivate me to keep going and never give up.

Good morning, I have been doing Higher Burn workouts 7 days a week. I will repeat one of the workouts on Saturday. I started with the walk workouts. After neighbor introduced me to Jordan workouts, dealing with some health issues. I have move on to Fit Spirit workouts wanted to move on to a new routine. I keep finding myself coming back to Higher Burn Friday workout. I enjoyed it. Full of energy from start to finish including weights that I need to do. I have lost weight with the workouts and a healthy diet. Thanks Jordan sending ❤ from the 242🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🎶🎶

I was happy to see my niece Rachael in the video. I was married to her Aunt when I lived in Pittsburgh. I am 68 now and living in the Philippines and still physically active working out. Way to go Rachael. Glad to see you made it thru your rough time.
