This kicked my ass! Did 2 sets of each and added some of my own exercises in (shoulder press instead of lat raises bc I’m addicted to them, standard deadlifts for lower back, etc). Definitely doable in 30mins if you stick to these and do 2 sets of 10-12 each

I just finished my first week of the Evolve You app and love it! I am doing the Strong Home program because I can't go to the gym (I have a toddler that I don't always have a sitter for). I do want to add a day or so of exercise as I've been active for over a month but am not sure what workouts to add. I did the four workouts and am ADDICTED

I'll be glad when I can get my body back to this level, time, age and stress has taken so much out of me. I still eat healthy as possible and workout, it's just harder as you age and metabolism slows down and trust me, stress makes it no better.
