10000 step aerobic walking workout at home
Welcome to my 10000-step challenge walking workout at home! In this video, we'll be taking on a fitness challenge that will help you improve your cardiovascular health and burn lots of calories from the comfort of your own home.
During this 60-minute workout, we'll be walking at a moderate to fast pace, incorporating some fun and easy-to-follow steps to keep you motivated and engaged. No special equipment is needed.
By the end of this workout, you'll have taken over 10000 steps and burned a significant amount of calories.
REMINDER- Since I Livestream my workout sessions, there will be no timer, however, I will use my watch to track my steps. Feel free to take a break if needed and use the music as your energy source.
TRACKER- I will be using my watch to track my steps and calories. Feel free to use any tracking apps of your choice, but be mindful that some devices don't count some of the moves as a step. Most importantly don't stop moving!
