YOU had to choreograph this entire workout -- from movements to music, to coaching and water reminders, to motivational quotations, even to the neon hot pink theme to your brilliant smile. I always enjoy working out with you on my active rest days and seeing a new steps video was a delight! I absolutely love the new moves you incorporated and the song mix is fantastic! Thank you for this gem of a workout, I’ll be adding this into my rotation on active rest days! Also, my kids have named you “walking lady” because they enjoy the workouts too. And when they see me working out, they say, “Mommy’s doing the Walking Lady workout!” You have a nickname in our household now! Thanks again for all you do!
