1) 0:52 FLAT BENCH PRESS
2) 2:06 INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS ( Angle less than 30deg)
3) 3:40 Any MACHINE PRESS ( END CLOSER )

I love how he emphasizes that at the end of the day, you just need to lift some heavy weight and have a good time doing it. That will get you coming back to the gym day to day. At the beginning of my lifting journey, I was way too focused on doing the “perfect” exercises even if I didn’t like them and not training close enough to failure because it’s “dangerous.” I learned a simple truth - if you don’t train hard, you won’t see results.
Btw, least favorite exercise is low to high chest flies

Love this series. Doing exercises you like and that feel good is insanely valuable advice and something I've been doing for years to stay motivated. Doing stuff you enjoy that feels good for your body, keeping things simple and just plain working hard is the way to go. Thanks for this.
