✨ Welcome to your 20 Min Vinyasa Yoga Stretch & Flow Class! This is an energizing vinyasa style class designed to get your energy and motivation up! This practice works great for the morning but can be done any time you want to get some feel good movement in!
💘 This strong practice is open to all levels, however it may be challenging to newer yogis. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, I encourage you to make this class your own, take what feels good and modify or skip anything that does not serve you. I hope you enjoy!
