Start day: 9.05.24

Weight at the beginning:67kg
Weight at the end: 65.4 kg
Day 1: ✅ made it! The plank was little hard to do. No changes, as I thought so.
Day 2: ✅ harder to do than yesterday, but I made it through!
Day 3: ✅ yes, I did it!! Definitely felt the burn while doing hip dips. I don't know if I see any real changes, expect that my body shape is starting to change a bit? 🤔
Day 4: ✅ definitely feeling the burn 🥵 seeing small changes on my stomach, my body shape is changing a bit!!:)
Day 5: ✅ it was easier to do today, I'm seeing the hourglass shape already! 🫢
Day 6: ❌ skipped, because I had a Cooper running test in school 😅
Day 7: ✅ I did it!! Felt bad for not doing it yesterday, but it was definitely easier to do today, than in day 1. As I said earlier, I see a bit of a change on my body shape. 💙
Day 8: ✅ 1 WEEK DONE!!
Day 9: ✅ did it even tho I had bad period cramps 😭💓
Day 10: ✅ I did it! 1/3 done. I also started to do Daisy Keech's hourglass abs workout with this workout, I'm gonna see if I can get quicker results!❤
Day 11: ✅ my abs were hurting so much, but I feel like I'm seeing better results now 👍🏽 my body shape has changed, and I'm seeing my abs better! 🙈

Day 13: ❌ couldn't do because I'm sick 😷😭
Day 14: ❌ 30.05: forgot to continue this, I'm sick right now so might take awhile to continue this 🤷🏽‍♀️
Day 15: ✅ 04.06.24: FINALLY DECIDED TO CONTINUE THISSS!!! I was shaking while doing plank lol also, thank you for all the support!!❤
Day 16: ✅ my abs are hurting soooo much 🥲
Day 17: ✅ hurt to do but I did it!!!
Day 18: ✅ today I went to see how much I weight, and I'm shocked! Definitely seeing changes!

Finally updating you guys!!!
So there's few things I would like to tell you about. Most important thing is that: this workout itself doesn't really work. For the first 5 days as I did this, I didn't see almost any changes. When I started doing another workout with this one, that was when I started seeing results and changes a bit more and faster.

I didn't have any kind of diet while doing this workout, so that explains why my weight didn't change that much. But I tried to eat less sugar and drank more water.

For now, I'm not seeing any kind of hourglass shape on my body. The reason can be that I had many breaks during this month and I also missed many days. I've started doing other workouts ( not this one, cause for me it doesn't work ) and I'm seeing results way better! I'm sharing my other workouts results here, so I hope you guys continue supporting me! It really helps me get motivated while I read your comments :')

21.8.24 decided to start working out again, cause I've gained some weight :'( remind me to do this!!
Weight at the beginning: 68.5kg
Weight at the end:

Day 1: ✅ I did Lilly Sabri's hourglass waist workout today! Felt amazing afterwards!
Day 2: ✅ I did Lilly Sabri's hourglass waist workout today aswell, was way harder to do than yesterday 😪
Day 3: ✅ Lilly Sabri's hourglass waist workout. My abs are hurting pretty bad but it just means it's working! 🫶🏽 I feel like I'm seeing my abs better!
Day 4: ✅ it was a bit harder to do, cause I'm on my period, but I still did it!
Day 5: ✅ felt way easier to do today! Felt good after!:')
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅ one week done! So proud of myself! :')

Trying this workout so y'all will know if it's fake or not

Day 1 :
— hip dips hurts and nothing really changed, my stomach just became flat.

Day 2 :
— same thing with the 1st day, no changes but stomach was flat. hip dip still hurts

Day 3 :
— I guess a little bit changed, but no hourglass.

Day 4 :
— No hourglass but something really changed and my stomach gets flatter overtime.

Day 5 :
— Kinda getting hourglass !! Almost there i think, stomach was flat and i'm getting used on this workout too! This is doing some progress

Day 6 :
— it's showing some results!!

Day 7 :
— YEP YEP ITS SHOWING PROCESS, ALMOST THEREEEE

Day 8 :
— STOP MY BODY IS SO

Day 9 :
— I got it 😭😭 proud of myselfff!!

It took me 9 days guys, It's so pretty.

Day 1: it hurts and burns i got dizzy for Russian twists

Day 2: it burns


Day 3: I drank some water for breaks

Day 4: it's starting to get into shape

Day 5: tired

Day 6: it honestly doesn't hurt bad anymore

Trust me it I have been doing it and literally I could see Many people also complimented But keep one thing in mind that you won't see results within 1 or 2 Do it for at least 1 It

Hey, y’all. I know a lot of you are younger teens. I just wanna let you know that this isn’t going to give you an “hourglass” if your rib cage and hips are not shaped that way. You can lose some body fat, sure, but nothing other than that.

I have been working out for years and I have incorporated all of these exercises into my workouts at some point or another, and I still don’t really have an “hourglass” despite not having extra body fat.

Please just love yourselves. You do not need to change your bodies to be beautiful.

Hi! I don't think anyone cares, but I'll be recording my progress for when I do these work outs.
Day 1:The plank and hip dips were diffucult and it burned, but the rest were easier.
Day 2: Doing the plank was actually a lot easier. I think I see a very slight change in my shape. It didnt hurt so much anymore, just burned a lil less.
Day 3:Didn't do bc I have swimming lessons every Thursday. I was also very busy tdy.
Day 4: It hurt a lot less and I think I see the hourglass abit more! It also hurt less.
Day 5:It barely hurt! I'm getting quite a lot stronger, I was even able to do the hip dips without much difficulty! I can defo see the hourglass more
Day 6:Didn't do bc I was feeling rlly tired and we also had guests so I had to cater to them and stuff 😔 😭
Day 7: Did the Daisy Keech workout instead cuz I heard that it works rlly well.
Day 8:Didnt do bc I prefer the Daisy Keech one, and I also started the Chloe Ting workout so I dont think ill be doing this one anymore ❤

TRYING THIS!! (like to remind)
11-14 bmi 22.0 moderately active this burns probably 155 calories slight hour glass, really masc body type, normal ish rib cage

day 1: really fun! only made one 25, the last one, hard to breath some what, really good, will probably do more exercises though after this, hope to keep you updated!

sorry to people reminding me ive been having a really rough time, in and out of the ER, and very sick, alot of things happening around me, once i for sure can restart this i will, thank you :) - rathereidthanevil

I recovered! And have been doing it consistently since than and helped me lose 20 pounds :) I feel much better and it gets much easier the longer it’s done!
