This toned and slim hourglass waist and abs pilates workout challenge will help get a you get a flat stomach, smaller waist and build a strong deep core pilates core. It's an intense 6 minute at home pilates waist workout that will target your deep core to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

This is my new one week challenge lets start!
Day 1: I felt no burn actually it was pretty easy
Day 2: Done
Day 3: I was exhausted for to do workouts today but i told myself only 5 minutes and did it
Day 4: Almost forgot about it after doing my daily workout and suddenly remembered while watching Gilmore Girls then did it
Day 5: Done but not sure about the results honestly 😅 I mean yes changes are real but not fast as her other workouts
Day 6: I think this is not for to see results in a short time but you can use it for warm up before a burning waist exercies.
Day 7: Done
Well, i'll be honest. This was not her best workout video. I can show you guys more than 5 tiny waist workout from her channel which are definitely better than this. I saw no changes but my last week was busy and i had no energy so i didn't go through with my casual workout routine. My energy was only enough for this workout so i don't regret to pick a easy workout for this week.

day 1: kinda hard, not a burn tho
day 2: super sore kinda fun tho
day 3: forgot do update this 😭 now doing it with one of her other waist slimming workouts
day 4: I lowkey see a slight difference? maybe i should start measuring but i feel like theres a difference
day 5: too bloated to see any changes lol
day 6: i feel sm slimmer, i love my results so far but ima keep going!
day 7: i was having a hard day so i didnt do this one, but i did 2 other workouts so
