Thank you so much for this wonderful workout! Now it's one of my favorite workouts for abs and in general too! It's fun and calming to do, however it's not too easy to do, so I can exercise and enjoy moving my body at the same time!

Liebe Mizi, ich finde deine workout super und bin ganz großer Fan von dir. Ich finde alles super und ich sehe schon Erfolge bei mir.Das einzige was mir fehlt sind kleine pause bei workouts von 40-60 min für wasser. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland und weiter so!😘

I just completed my 133rd day of workout and eighth day of thirty minutes workout ! I was so lethargic from the morning after meditation may be because I just slept for four hours but then I remembered the feeling of accomplishment I get after completing the healthy routine be it cooking studying dancing tailoring meditation then I pushed myself against the inward lethargic resistance i wasn't feeling lazy genuinely I slept for only four hours may be I felt so after one hour of meditation !


But then I started your workout half an hour back under full speed fan working and I felt so long passed but I was not sweating i felt twenty five minutes over but it was only 19 minutes usually I sweat at 15 minutes but today I started sweating at 21 minutes and finally I started feeling good My waist is literally feeling little good ache that must be there after waist workout !


So I am feeling so good to complete 133rd day of my workout today excluding 35 resting days in between !


Finally I can rest for fifteen minutes and then will start with middle split stretching! Eye exercise for five minutes then study then at three to five napping time !
