Need to express my deep gratitude. Going out of town to help 85yo mother that is rapidly declining, have two 14yo dogs I worry about and hate to leave... This morning while packing and crying, crying, crying…. I determined I had to do something to calm myself. I did this and although I can’t say I’m completely relaxed and at peace, I can say I’m at least 75% calmer!!! This is everything as I’m getting ready to hit the highway… You make a difference in people’s lives and that’s everything. Much Love❣️

I did it last night, I felt as if good amount of negativity was released, my body felt instantly so much more warm and I shed a lot of tears peacefully throughout the breathwork, thank you for bringing such contents to us.

I can’t quite get to a one minute hold. I’m at about 45 seconds. But it feels good and I think I’ll get better with practice.

This was enjoyable and I had a nice tearful release at the end. My state was very scattered and anxious before the session. I now feel more calm and safe. Thanks again for putting out this medicine🤍
