Regular practice of breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. I do it because I feel amazing after each breathwork session and feeling good is important to me. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !

All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

This is by far my favorite breath workout that I’ve found. The one minute holds were actually doable which is real progress for me. Also loved seeing my O2 sat in the low 80’s without feeling whoozy. Just discovered you and am really looking forward to seeing my practice grow with you

So far your work are the most tireless to follow- fast paced, no lag time, novel applicalbility i guess & easy to follow - as far as anybody has been familiar of the basics of yoga breathwork. This is extually the first sessions i didn't feel the buzzing relaxation. I think i felt a little bit rushed by me? Maybe not my style? I extended the session with 1 full Wim Hof round and the relaxation and focus kicked in.🙏.

Love your channel..definitly gonna try the rest of your sessions.

This might be my favorite one so far. I like the combo breathing exercises. The variations help me to keep my focus on my breath. Which has now slipped into my everyday life. I'm much more aware when my breathing is shallow and then I slow down and breathe deeper. Thank you for these beautiful exercises Sandy! Peace brotha ✌️
