Hi besties!

I hope you like this video! Let me know what other workouts you would like to see broken down. This has been my go to routine for months now and that's because IT WORKS! It's important to keep the same workouts for a while to improve your form, progressively load more weight and perfect those movements.

These are tips that have helped me throughout my journey and I hope they help you too! Remember that to grow your glutes you have to eat enough protein and carbs, rest and make sure you're drinking enough water.

I can't do Reverse lunges for the life of me, I feel like my knees give up, they Crack while I go down 😢and I don't wanna miss out on those, and my back hurts when I hip thrust is it because I'm doing it wrong ? 😮
