Which is why it is so important to increase the height stretches to make taller in this section of the body. Thanks again, Shilpa! I'll do this later on when I get meditate on this video with the inhalation and exhalation on my breath. I hope you can inspire me how to manage my stress, anxiety and depression but I have to improve myself to build up my life and self-confidence.
