This is the first real yoga practice that I've been able to do in about one month. I am on the verge of tears, because the last month has been filled with so much physical pain, that landed me in the ER last week. Things that were easy for me one month ago take so much more strength and effort now.
I am grateful for my body's ability to move, and feel more care in how I move it. I have to admit that I'm a bit fearful about getting back into yoga, but it's something that has brought me so much joy. Maybe, it's in moments like these, that I truly must learn, and embody, what it means to "Find what feels good".
I have so much gratitude for how much vulnerability people have expressed in the comments sections of Adrienne's videos. Thank you for having room for mine.

Attract Day - 13 l 🦋❤️🦋 l August 13, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, I'm so happy to return to the Hatha Yoga Mat. This is my first time in this session and I have been a part of the community for 3 - years. It is refreshing and energizing with tension relief in the shoulder girdles which I experience often as a virtual professor at my desk grading. Now, I'm ready to return to grade. Thank God for yoga. I accidentally quit yoga for 3 months and noticed my posture has gotten so much worse, my headaches returned as well. Thank goodness for Yoga With Adriene, not sure if I could get back into it without these videos. ❤❤ Thank u Adriene!

I'm 59 years old and have only just started really getting involved in yoga. I have to say I am really enjoying your videos and am finding that I am able to do movements which seemed impossible not that long ago. For a woman like me who has lost an enormous amount of weight (40kg, thank you), it is such a wonderful confidence builder to feel as though my body is finally happy with me :) Thanks and keep up the great work.

I've been trying to stay showing up on the mat, but after a month of not doing it, I feel my posture is worsening. Since yesterday I came back, showed up two days in a row. And today practice was exactly what my inner voice was claiming.

Adriene, I started doing 30 days of yoga because of my back pain. I`m only at day 8 now but I already see some positive results - my back pain is almost gone! I love your videos and you look like a really nice, positive, beautiful and inspiring person. Keep on the good work.

After a few years of practicing yoga, it is amazing to revisit posture foundations and find out how much better you can feel by pating attention to details you might end up overlooking when rushing to the next pose during regular practice!
