Thanks Bob and Brad. I am 80 this month, X-rays about 6 years ago showed arthritis, bad in the right hip and not as bad in the left hip. Knees are great.
I do the exercises you show and others every day, and I go to a “better bones and balance” class every Friday. I am 5 foot 11 inches and weigh 181 pounds.

The only time I have any real problem with my hips is when I ride my motorbike.
For example, today I rode 329 kilometers. Coming home I had to stop and rest twice.
I don’t want to give up riding my motorbike so I guess I am going to take shorter rides.
Today our Ulysses club group would have ridden about 420 km, however I left the ride early as I knew 420km would not end up being enjoyable.

The only way I can manage doing big days is because my adventure bike allows me to stand up and ride. Standing up while riding helps me a lot.

It is a real PITA getting old, but I suppose it is better than the alternative.

Hey Bob and Brad, ... Thank you so so much...you guys helped me alot i know simple thankyou is not equal to this ... I'm from India I'm just 21 year old, ..2 years ago I got a sciatica problem , i visited lots of doctors they said nothing you are young, so nothing problem no worries ...they take MRI scan and many scans every doctor said nothing.. nothing...after my problem get worst first I got sciatica, second back problem, hip pain and sometimes knee pain while walking and anklet problem... literally i felt depression, anxiety i don't know what to do...i skip my workout and some house work i literally skip everything thing...after i search u tube for sciatica i found you guys ...Thank God i follow every instructions from sciatica series i did every excercise, just 4 days and i feel some changes and i recover from sciatica and then knee pain still I had hip and ankle pain definitely i will follow you videos .
