This chair yoga class is designed with Seniors and Restricted Mobility Yogis in mind. Follow along this 15 minute quick relief for any tension in your neck, shoulders or upper back. This Chair Yoga class will have you feeling deep release in your upper body from the wear and tear of our daily lives and hopefully encourage you to continue moving as you age by increasing mobility and flexibility in your upper body!

Kristi. I am 83 and I love your Cheri yoga classes. I also like your short classes for hips and for arms. But you are really helping me now with your neck and shoulder and arm classes. I see that they just started this month. I am having trouble with my trapezius muscle which goes from my neck down to my shoulder. Some of those stretches are really helping me. I’m surprised how much I can do and how much I can’t do. But I’m getting better as time goes on. When I was sick for a while I couldn’t do them and I got behind. I’m back doing them now and feeling a lot better. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you and your classes.

I have been doing your chair yoga classes. It has only been 2 weeks and I feel a difference. I feel stronger, things are firming up, I'm more relaxed and hopeful again that I can get my 68 yr old body back in good working order! I have suffered from a severe car accident I had 40 years ago. You have been a blessing. I am excited to do your yoga exercises each day. I switch them up but almost always do 2 day. Thank you so much! My white Lab says hello to Skye and Cosmo!

Just an update Kierstie. I'm coming up on practicing your various Chair Yoga exercises for two years now. I was in pretty rough shape in the beginning. At age 72 spinal arthritis and a staph infection had chewed up my back pretty badly. I was getting injections into my spine 4 times a year with decreasing intervals of relief. Plus, I had become significantly overweight. Two years later I haven't needed an injection in 9 months and my BMI has reduced from 31.1 to 28.1 (better, more to go). Best of all I've been able to continue golfing, even increased my distance off the tee and reduced my scoring average. Sending many blessings to you for your helpful spirit. Namaste.

At 68, I'm doing chair yoga with your videos. This video helped me immensely with back and shoulder issues. Husband and I are also doing Chair Yoga 2 and 3 every day. Thank you for offering these! I've recommended your videos to many friends, too.

I love these chair yoga videos. I have really bad lower back and neck pain and I constantly overdo it by trying to do hard-core floor yoga. I finally realized I didn’t need to do complicated yoga in order to get its benefits. This video was perfect thank you thank you

I love your chair yoga ... so good for the body. I do your chair yoga 2 at least 5 times a week. If i miss for any reason, my body knows .... and it tells me 😊

Kierstie love your chair yoga classes. I've been practicing yoga for almost 50 years, this year I turned 70 and find I don't have the mobility I used to and some days I just can't seem to get motivated to get on the mat.
