Tap in with us for an effective upper body strength training workout 🔥. This workout is all about targeting the entire upper body without the use of any heavy equipment. Some of the exercises may be a bit too difficult, so feel free to follow Toya for any modifications. You can also utilize a chair or any elevated surface for modifications as well. To build upper body muscle and strength over time, we highly recommend doing this for multiple rounds or as a finisher to one of your own workouts. This is literally the ONLY upper body hiit i have ever liked. No crazh calisthetics i cant do and no coordination testers that need half the timer to even figure out. My back is burning after every time i do this workout, thank you so so much!!

Found your channel a few weeks ago, just want to say I love your channel. I have little to no experience exercising except for what I used to do in PE class almost ten years ago and I'm finally committed to getting healthier. I lost 30 pounds last year but want to focus on gaining muscle this year and you guys have been a FANTASTIC resource for me as someone that doesn't really know what I should be doing or how I should be doing it, especially also as someone that doesn't necessarily have access to a fully equipped gym. I’m starting to get into the gym to get me out of this funk I’ve been in and I don’t own any weights at home and I’m too anxious to hit the gym so this- this has been so helpful. This was a great addition o your 30 min strength workout/no equipment. Can you now please do a 20-minute lower body workout? OR a 40-minute full body? Thanks for your work!
