Awesome video and info for anyone looking to lose 100 pounds. I know because I've also lost 100+ pounds...twice lol. Don't fall off guys, it's a lifetime commitment, fitness has no finish line.👍💪

My biggest fear is developing a lot of excess skin. I know that at 1-2 pounds a week it shouldn't give me too much of a problem. But if I lose a lot of weight quickly at the beginning and my skin can't keep up it will feel like I just replaced one issue with another.

Wow! What a great video! Thank you for focusing on the science behind the experience. How does being unable to exercise affect your base calories? Do I need to drop down under the 1200 calories per day required for women, or should I still keep this as a minimum? Thanks!

for me once I lose my last 20 pounds it would put me at 96 pounds loss in total since starting. If I really wanted to I could lose those 4 pounds to make it an even 100 but I rather not haha. Once figuring out all the calories to maintain and lose weight and see how much I was eating it became easier. I've accomplished this WITH a cheat day which normally I gain a pound back haha. It is possible and if you don't want a cheat day that's also fine but I feel a cheat day helps with preventing me from breaking my plan and have something to look forward to every week
