In this 10-minute full-body workout, we'll cycle through exercises that tone our important muscles. Bonus: we'll get our heartrates up and burn loads of calories while we do it. BONUS Bonus: we won't be jumping or making any noise, so your neighbors can kick rocks.

This workout is deceptively simple, but you don't have to jump to sweat, it turns out.

Do this set alongside my apartment-friendly washcloth workout to tone up. You're gonna love it.

This is great because I can do this on days I dont wanna work out. Its not hiit, but it works your muscles and is moderately hard. Not to mention how short it is, another one of your workouts I adore

Wow!!! That was the first actually challenging no jumping workout I have ever Just a suggestion-could you please make a workout with a combination of weights and cardio? I really love those kinds of workouts!!

I've been struggling with finding the best workout I can do and I did your 30 min cardio burn 500cal for 3 days in a row then I did the 30 min apartment friendly one 2 days in a row so I just do whatever workout I pick from ur channel and in a week I lost 3 pounds😊

I have arthritis and it makes it difficult to work out, but I love playing football (⚽, not 🏈) and need to get in shape for the season so.... :D. I also feel weak and I hate that

Can you recommend me a set of your videos for weightloss + apartment friendly (no jumping)? I started your "BURN 500 CALORIES with this 30-Minute Cardio Workout" and it's amazing but I think that I need more than that. I need to lose around 10 kilos (22 pounds) because of the whole virus situation I gained a lot.
