How to Fix Buttock Pain for Good ? (Piriformis Syndrome)

Do you suffer from pain or numbness in your buttock and down the back of your leg? If you do , you may be suffering from Piriformis syndrome.

Piriformis syndrome occurs when your piriformis muscle compresses your sciatic nerve and results in inflammation. The nerve travels from your spinal cord, through your buttocks, down the back of each leg, to your feet. It’s the longest, largest nerve in your body. The sciatic nerve most commonly runs underneath the piriformis.

Watch till the end of this video and I will share with you two great stretches and one strengthening exercises which are effective in eradicating your piriformis syndrome

All these corrective exercises can be done at home, and you don't need any special equipment, Furthermore, these are natural stretching movements that offer SAFE glute, hip, and piriformis pain relief.

There are thousands of clips on piriformis but this is the BEST one I've found so far. So if you're a person that reads the comments before taking the time to watch the video, I highly recommend this

James I just want to thank you for all your videos. They helped me to be more knowledgeable. Especially, i don't look like a newbie anymore at our gym. James, you have truly changed my life. I cannot express how much this video has changed my life. I have been years dealing with pain in my right hip. Seen chiropractors, massage therapists, even had x-ray, MRI and seen a rheumatologist as blood work had shown that I was positive for a gene for spondylitis... All that came out fine, but I was still having the pain which was responsible for being very stiff every morning, as well as trying to continuously stretch all day to try and relive the pain. But I could not. I came across this video and it has released this pain and I can honestly say I feel as good as I did ten years ago. Thank you so much. Cheers.

Hey James, I just wanted to thank you so much for this video. I have been suffering from this pain for close to 2 years ever since childbirth and I did these stretches for the first time today and I was so surprised the tightness is gone like magic. Thanks, and nice video. For the strenghening exercise, can't you simply use the hip abduction machines in the gym?!
