I've been struggling big time with glute pain. Nothing seemed to work including very strong pain killers and basic stretching. These exercises have now allowed me to sit without pain again and now I'm able to tie my shoe laces etc. Fantastic advice, many thanks for sharing.

I have Fibromyalgia as well as Piriformis Syndrome and I am a school bus driver for a living. I've found that stretches like these first thing in the morning and before bed have helped this problem so much. The stretch I used to do was very hard to do by myself but I could do the ones in this video easily on my own. Thank you so much for the great content! ❤

The one time I didn't watch the video first, but still managed to get rid of the pain in my butt. I just got to the airport in Miami and the moving van with all my stuff should be here in a couple of days. I didn't know at the time this was a stretching technique, but I finally feel much better anyway. I'm sure she'll be better off in the long run. I'm already feeling much, much better.

This is the most clear cut and common sense approach to getting rid of my pain in the butt. I just discovered this video today so I can't wait to see if it helps me. I was thrilled to see some stretches from a sitting and standing position. As an ischial bursitis victim (lol) it is very hard to get down on the floor and change to different stretch positions. It hurts, no matter how old or young you are!
