Just randomly found you while I was in the gym! Please can you do more of these 4 section videos for every muscle group. I think it's such a good idea, easy to follow and make gym slight more time consuming - figuring out what to do next x

I’ve noticed that the 3rd one works the rear delt as well, great for those who hit shoulders and back at the same time.
