Here’s a really simple fix to help you get a much better contraction in your lats when doing single arm dumbbell rows. Instead of just pulling the weight straight up, drive your elbows back, and row the weight towards your hips. Make sure to fully extend your arm at the bottom and squeeze at the top, and you should feel a much better connection in your lats! Try it out! #Shorts

Not every row is for lats. Traps, rear delts and rhomboids exist too.

Actually both are correct the one ur doing targets a little lower lat more and the wrong one here is fine as well just mainly uppar bod nd biscep(on ur form)

Doing it like that is good for lat isolation but you won’t be able to go too heavy. For mass, pull the dumbbell straight back keeping your elbow close to your hips.
