I've been doing a few of this mans workouts faithfully for about a month and a half or so. Keeping good posture no rocking and just 20 sec rest per sets. I have seen great results and even feel stronger in my mid back where I was weak at one time I have now exceeded my limits. Thank you for sharing. You will get the recognition you deserve u are underrated right now.
