I’m a Truck Driver and bring dumbbells on the road with Me. I’ve been doing Compound and Resistance and using your guidance on the workouts. Been making major gains in 6 weeks. I think it’s from changing it up and tricking the muscles.
My diet is crap. Truck stops suck for decent food. But I’m trying

I am 72 and working out since retirement in 2019. I wish we had this great info in the 70's when I worked out in my 20's. Never too late to learn and do!

Having only a home gym, I lived with my dumbbells. I’ve just recently gotten a rack for barbell work but I still love the DBs. Thanks for the video guys. 💪🏻
