This workout will get you smiling and ready to conquer your goals for the day! Take each movement with care and enjoy the burn!

This workout is perfect to do in the morning and is only 20 minutes long, but can be done at any time of the day for a great mood boost!

For best results, try doing this workout consistently 5 mornings out of the week for at least 2 weeks. Watch how your mood changes, your body changes and your days become sweeter. You will become more confident and radiate from within!

I’ve been doing Jo’s workouts every morning for over a month now and with these (plus a daily calorie deficit) I’ve gone from 365 to 338!! I’ve got so much more to lose but I can’t begin to express the MOTIVATION I feel when doing Jo’s workouts. I owe her my life!! ❤️

I’ve been doing her workouts every other day for 5 months so far, the scale still isn’t being friendly to me but i am noticing I’ve lost inches. Ladies don’t let a number control your emotions if you know your eating right and putting in the work that’s all that matters don’t stop ❤❤

I’ve lost 19 pounds doing these workouts in the last month and a half! I went from a very stressful home environment to a healthier one recently and now the stress is gone and the weight is just melting off. Mind body connection is real and these workouts are so great!

I don't know exactly what it is about Jo that makes her so much different than any other workout person or course I've tried but she WORKS! Her videos actually work and I don't dread doing them. Seriously cannot put my finger on it, I'm sure it's a lot of reasons but Jo has the secret sauce 😂

Could you do a workout that is menstrual friendly? I always have zero energy/motivation and it makes me feel bad for not getting a workout in. 🥺Also a lot that are supposed to be period friendly make you do crunches and I can’t with the cramps! It would be so ✨amazing✨ if you would think about doing something like this or maybe even a series! 💕

She is 100 times more motivating than any other person on here. I've tried to do other people's workouts, and I can't stand how they have the same boring look on their face the whole entire time haha. Idk it's not only that, but that is a big part of it. I just can't do other people's workouts. ❤ jo!!

This was awesome! Been doing between 30-60 minutes a day for six days a week over the past 5.5 weeks and haven't seen the scale move so much but I look and feel so much better!!!

Thank you SO MUCH for your morning and night workouts, they are really silent! You help many people who live in flat blocks or with other people cause... We don't need to jump like elephants and wake all the family and neighbours up:)

im currently in final exams and papers season and this morning i woke up and decided to move my body. as cliche as it sounds, i literally felt like a phoenix rising from the ashes doing this workout. thank you so much jo!! ps. for anybody else in exam season, pls remember you are more than your grades and this doesn't define who you are ❤ there is more to life than the struggle, you got this!!!!
