I thank you so much for these exercises. I weigh 230lbs and have a hard exercising. Your exercises are easy to do. I find that I don't have such a problem breathing which makes me exercise longer. Thank You

this is very easy exercise but i try to avoid belle exercises on my weightloss journey to 60kg. Because i have DR, i try to be very careful with the kind of exercise i do. This is definitely easy enough. Thanks for sharing

Good One Natasha! It’s 1030pm here in Sydney Australia so I will definitely be out in the back Garden in the golden sun doing my first set tomorrow morning.
