I’m always telling you - a strong core is key. So let’s work on our abs today.

We have 10 different exercises and we gonna do:

45 SEC WORK
15 SEC OFF

Here are the exercises:

PLANK TO DOWN DOG
COBRA PUSH UPS
SHOULDER TAPS
SIDE PLANK TWISTS RIGHT
SIDE PLANK TWISTS LEFT
PAUSED BICYCLE CRUNCHES
PAUSED DEADBUGS
TUCK UPS
PLANK TO DOWN DOG TAPS
DIAMOND PUSH UPS

Beginners: do the workout 1x
Advanced: do the workout 2x

Mochte das Workout sehr, bevorzuge aber längere Workouts ohne zwischendurch das Video wechseln zu müssen. Freue mich sehr auf dein 1h Workout :)

I dont have the strength to do a proper push up so i modified to tricep half push ups. Felt a bit of burn!
