This is amazing. I was feeling lazy and was searching for online workouts, thats when i started doing her workouts along with the proper diet chart, post partum mother i am so accordingly. My Weight came down from 81 to 77 in 5 days . Most of the comments at first felt like are they really so ?? But now I understood, yeah !! Will be following this and update the results soon.

I tried your workout for the first time, didn't expect to sweat this much. But the best part was the all the 3 beautiful ladies had different body types which makes many people relate to each one of them. When I struggled, they struggled a little too and it motivated me so much and I kept going. Otherwise usually in workout videos we see all the skinny women working out without getting tired which is not relatable to many of us.

I used to follow this workout video in 2021 daily. After a long gap of 2 years. Restarted the workout sessions again and still this feels fresh. 💕 I feel so happy and sweated out after this dance.. Kudos to Deepti and Team 👍

Very nice and simple steps. I practiced them 3 times each and got success. 65 years aged myself included these steps in my daily experiences.

There are so many thing that I loved about this video -
1. The way they all are constantly smiling and nodding their heads, making me feel that they can actually feel me working out with them.
2. How they enjoy it and makes me wanna enjoy along them too.
3. How simple and beginner friendly this session was yet really active and sweat full.
4. The way Deepti starts a new dance move with just 1 step at a time to make us familiar with the multiple body parts movements.
5. I enjoyed this as much as they did - all thanks to those 3 beautiful ladies for letting me work out with them!
Tbh, I took a 2 minute break in between, but the session was amazing!!

Coming back after 2 years! 2 years ago i lost 6 kgs in a month with this video, some weight training and home diet but then with time, life happened and my eating disorder resurfaced so again, i've given myself deadline of 3 months this time and going to stick with this video and the same routine i had 2 years ago! lets see if i am able to achieve my goal! Wish me luck and pray for me! Har Har Mahadev.

I just did 13 hours intermittent fasting and did this workout evening for about 3 weeks and i am 61 now was 66 back then thankyou soo much❤

When I started this dance I did not think that so much energy would be wasted in it but when I finished this i was sweating, I liked it very much and now I will do it everyday thank u so much for wonderful dance workout 😊

I did your dancercise today, i felt confident that i can follow the steps.. and woo it does burn up .. we do a lot but not much strenuous.. so we can do this initially and build strength and move on to higher order, it's a blessing to me.

Found this, and did this today morning. Loved it!! Deepti, I have been looking for dance-exercise videos for this whole damn pandemic year, and every single one was just not made for not-so-agile 50+ year olds like me!! I love dancing but am really not good and fast and I found other videos impossible to follow even when labelled as "beginner" - so I had given up. Today I just thought I'll search again and found this! When you said beginner you really meant beginner! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and could follow at least 80-90% of your steps, and worked up a good sweat. I found Uma and Iti also so sweet and relatable and if couldn't follow you I could follow either one of them ...they look so happy and smiling the whole time.

Looking forward to doing your whole beginner playlist now! Kudos and wish you blockbuster success in your fitness ventures.

I am very lazy person but dance means something you cannot stop. this was my first day with my two daughters along with me to join the dance work out (age 9 yrs and 5yrs). I hope I will continue this after seeing so much of motivational comment.
