For anyone who is STILL trying to find high protein food, Here's a list of high-protein foods with low sugar content, along with their approximate protein amounts:

Chicken Breast (Boneless, Skinless) - 100g serving:
Protein: 31 grams
Sugar: 0 grams

Turkey Breast (Skinless) - 100g serving:
Protein: 29 grams
Sugar: 0 grams

Fish (Salmon) - 100g serving:
Protein: 25 grams
Sugar: 0 grams

Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-fat) - 170g serving:
Protein: 17 grams
Sugar: 6 grams (naturally occurring sugars)

Eggs - 1 large egg:
Protein: 6 grams
Sugar: 0 grams

Cottage Cheese (Low-fat) - 100g serving:
Protein: 11 grams
Sugar: 3 grams (naturally occurring sugars)

Tofu - 100g serving:
Protein: 8 grams
Sugar: 0 grams

Quinoa (Cooked) - 1 cup (185g) serving:
Protein: 8 grams
Sugar: 0 grams

Almonds - 1 ounce (28 grams) serving:
Protein: 6 grams
Sugar: 1 gram

Tuna and Greek yogurt make for a great tuna salad base instead of the traditional mayonnaise. You can also add ranch powder to Greek yogurt for healthier ranch dressing.

Non fat Greek yogurt with just a tbsp of honey, the honey is like 25 calories and it makes the yogurt taste AMAZING like straight-up dessert not even just like “oh it kinda tastes like I'm cheating” it straight up tastes like something that would be horrible for you.
