Wow, I'm from Oz. I didn't know you ate Bison in the USA. I sure hope you're looking after them. We eat Kangaroo, or some of us do. I don't know where they get them from but the meat is really red, more so than steak.

That sounds like a contradiction to me. Protein cannot be low fat cause I think fat is a very important building block of protein. Therefore if you were to avoid fat completely you would have to cut out all protein aswell. Pray to Jesus Christ for wisdom so that you will be able to discern what people are saying to you.
