I'll start this tomorrow 28th April 2023, I'll update every 7th day. Beside this I'll be doing Crunches, reverse crunches, Squats and plank.

still doing the workout each day. results are showing. my legs feel slimmer. my tummy is flatter. when i sit my jeans don't squeeze my waste.

After day 1 - full lower body pain. Today day 2. I'll post 2 tomorrow. My suggestion on first day do for 15 sec. Day 2 pains reduced.. with 15 sec of exercise on day 2. Day 3 body pain reduced completely.did 20 sec. Continued exercise with increased by 5 sec . Feel good. No more pains.

Eating a small portion 5 times a day, avoid carbs, sugar and fat, only protein, without any exercise except daily activity, its also works for me, burning fat and losing weight 14kg in 12 weken :)

I will do it for 1 week first
Day 1 ✔️ 2 times (it felt a little sweaty but wasn't hard, I was able to do it)
Day 2 ✔️ 2 times (it wasn't as hard as yesterday and it was just a little sweaty)
Day 3 ✔️(felt same as day 2)
Day 4 ✔️ (felt like the excersize is easier to do)
Day 5 ✔️ wasn't hard to do
Day 6 ✔️ did it, for some reason when I wear my top, I feel a little difference so I would say it's working!!!
Day 7 ✔️ It's been a week, I found another video of hers so I will do that
I will link the video here and I will update you on this

I'll start today and do waist measurement from before and after I'll make this challenge for 30 minutes for a month. I'll go back with the measurement every 7 days starting from this day 29/04/2023 so my belly from the top is 88, 5 cm from the bottom is 95 cm 🤙 I'll try to do this first thing in the morning. If i get real good result I'll stick with this routine.

This exercise really helped me🥰 i just doubled the time instead of 45 seconds i just counted it 100 times. And yeah it works. I did it 5 times a week and its been 2months now Nd still doing it🥰🥰🥰🥰

Results for me (I do 2x a day)
