Today's video workout will help you target fats in the major problem areas in your bodies--the belly, arms, and legs--as you do this on a daily basis.

This is an intensive 15-min workout that will work your body from your upper to your lower body and will make you burn fat not only in the areas mentioned, but will burn your overall body fat to help you effectively tone the muscles in your core and limbs!

It's an excellent way to burn fat and tone your muscles but it can be challenging especially for beginners since this is an intensive workout that lasts for 15mins.

I did this for 3 weeks now and went to school for the first time after 2, 5 months of summer, I was flustered when my classmates literally started questioning me if I lost weight because I look so different and much slimmer. Good process and great results, this motivated me :)

i done this for 3 weeks straight every morning and i ended up loosing 6 inches off both thighs 4 inches off my belly and hips and 4 inches off each arm trust me it works im normally sceptical about stuff like this but oh my lord this great !!!

12 side deep squats
35 second rest

15 knee tuck crunch

20 heel touches

20 arm circles
30 second rest
20 punches
30 second rest
20 prayer pushes
30 second rest
20 leg kicks

And finally got last

I’ve been doinn this for more than 3 weeks and I’ve never been so happy My thighs are tighter firmer and slimmer and my belly fat is gone and my arms are starting to Tone more and more everyday! Of course healthy eating!

Diet idea to go with this : breakfast/ oats with fruit or a homemade oats Smoothie and a cup of green tea Optional:snack time /grapes, nuts, apple Lunch: homemade sweet potato fries with boiled fresh chicken and any choice of vegetable, water Dessert/pudding :Greek yogurt with any fruit Dinner:popcorn or boiled eggs and a glass of water
