Sit against a wall with your knees crossed. Press your tailbone, upper back and head against the wall. Raise your elbows to shoulder height and press your elbows into the wall. Then, with everything pressing into the wall, slowly rotate your forearm and aim to touch the wall with your wrists. Go as far as possible, hold for a couple of seconds then slowly lower back down to the starting position.
Repeat for 6-8 reps 2 x day.
