This hamstring stretch is so good, you'll be touching your toes in a matter of minutes!
I personally have suffered from tight hamstrings that limits flexibility in my legs. I have never been one that could bend to touch their toes.
That is, until I found this exercise.
This hamstring stretch literally let me touch my toes for the first time, and if it can work for me, it may work for you. The great part, it doesn't require anything other than two large bath towels.
It focuses on slowly lengthening the hamstring muscle, helping to improve mobility in the hamstrings on the back of the leg.
Make sure to do a 'before and after' shot to compare.
