This is the best! I start with 5-min mobility, then this one and finish with the arms to reduce bat wing. I've lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks. Age 65 and trying to get back into shape after 2 years with back issues. Surgery 2/6/23 so I'm hoping this helps me pop back quickly
