I have been on a journey for the last 5 months to get my weight down.Daily walks, adding your floor exercise to mine, and checking food labels, I have managed to take 7kilos/15lbs off my weight. Also, bs levels are going in the right direction. Walked into the Medical Centre for a review and I already knew the answers, I am healthier, leaner, fitter and stronger. I have always been motivated to workout -especially my upper body- but I have always been reluctant to workout my abs because my neck hurts. But today was the day and I am going to follow your advice. Do this workout first thing in the morning -especially because I am not a morning person and my mornings are busy- But it is my happy adventure for 2024. Thank you, Rowan!!

Have you done modified workouts for people with injuries (knee, elbow, etc) Or, alternating rest days? I’ve learned the hard way I can’t do your workouts every day and have tried to find replacement exercises to fit into your routines
