I have always had a hard time losing weight due to imbalanced hormones even though I was going to the gym 3-5x a week. I even had a few gym & personal nutrition trainers throughout my adult life. I got married during Covid but never got to have my wedding ceremony until two weeks ago! And now thanks to Lucy, I was able to get to my goal weight for the wedding ceremony this past May🙌🏼 THANK YOU, Lucy for these videos!!

I did intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day and I ate 80% healthy foods and treated myself for 20% like she recommended. I promise this works if you just keep at it! I usually did a combination of her seven minute fat work out with a arm, legs, thigh, or abs workout 4-5x a week. I am so much more confident and I am continuing to follow her workouts and eating plans!!! I’m looking forward to reaching my next goal❤️

Hi, I m 42 year old. I have been doing your workouts since 2 years. Have reduced 4 Kgs. Well, I was more concerned about getting fit than weight loss. I didn't need to. So, the weight loss is bonus 😀. I get so many compliments that i look slim. When I tell that i have reduced just 4 kg. They don't believe. With these work outs, i have reduced inches. That's what I wanted. To be fit and pain free. My backpain, kneepain has gone. I feel young. In between, i tried to do work outs of other YouTubers, but i always ended up coming back to you. When I first started, it was just for trial. Of course, 7 days were not enough, but i certainly saw the difference in 2 weeks. I got motivated and started taking other 7 minutes challenges. Though i got excellent results, Ummm, very difficult 😭.... I m going to try these work outs for a month. Thanks a ton for being my trainer. Am very grateful that I found you. God bless you.🙏

I really, really love doing your workouts. I'm new to doing your workouts, but truly getting better results with less workout time. I've heard before that 7 minutes of quality exercising can produce the same or better results than 30/45/60 Minutes of exercising. I can agree 100% to that since working out with your programs. This is such a wonderful addition to the other standing abdominal workouts that are on this channel! They are extremely effective and efficient in that they're designed to elevate your heartrate (burn calories) while you tone and strengthen your core. The exercises are doable, modifications are given when necessary, and the instruction/presentation is inspiring and beneficial. Thanks so much

OMGOSH! I've just found your workouts this week and have been working out every day! (day 6 already) Your workouts are saving me! I just retired in April and yes I'm 65 and I am determined to stay healthy and young at heart!
I love the Walk the House Challenge - that is what hooked me. So, my workout is Walk the House and I have already graduated to adding the video that follows - which varies. The focused brief, Bust & Bootie is great, too! Also, your healthy recipes look amazing and very inspiring! Can't wait to experiment. You're the whole package Lucy!

Still loving your exercise/workout videos, you inspire me to move and that's what it is all about. when I broke my foot I was so bummed out because I truly look forward to working out with you.
