STOP Knee Pain Before You Hike

If your knees ache and hurt when hiking, you're not alone!

Knee pain is THE MOST COMMON issue hikers have, and it is a real pain in the a**.

Over the years I've worked with lots of people who have struggled with chronic knee pain...

Clients who have had "bone on bone", tears, joint replacements, you name it.

And you know what, they all got better!

One of my go to exercises to help people that are struggling with knee pain is this mobility exercise.

This exercise is unique, because we're dealing with a concept called OPPOSING JOINTS.

You see, when you move through the world energy enters one side of your body, traveling up that leg and once it hits your pelvis, it moves through your spine and exits the opposite arm!

So, joints on one side of your body are connected to joints on the the opposite side!

Pretty cool :)

So instead of moving your achy knees, try this opposing joint mobility exercise called ELBOW CIRCLES.

The goal is to manipulate your forearm around your elbow, while isolating your upper arm.

Try both directions, and then see how your bad knee or knees feel afterwards!

And if you need more help and are interested in learning how this concept can help change your life, grab your free copy of my workbook, 5 Best mobility Exercises For Hikers:
