Caffeine is a major addiction worldwide. Caffeine has many negative effects to our adrenal glands and other systems within our body. Caffeine withdrawal causes headaches, nervousness, palpations, stomach problems, acidity, memory loss, and anxiety to just name a few. These two supplements that I discuss have been proven to help you break the caffeine habit with minimal to no withdrawal symptoms.

I'm 20 years and 8 months old. Caffeine withdraw caused me the weirdest symptoms almost no one mentioned. Here are the list of my symptoms:

First day symptoms include: Headache, lack of focus and, slight insomnia.

Multi day symptoms include: Trouble getting out of bed, depression, consistent thoughts of coffee and low energy.

Long lasting symptoms that did not go away include: Lack of facial expression, decreased Social Skills, fatigue, impatience, lack of focus, depression, and weirdly enough more autistic symptoms.

I was diagnosed with autism at birth. But after watching this video, I will include this diet change and suggested supplements mentioned in the video. Thank you for sharing. I wish I seen this sooner.

Now I know why I have leg cramps. Probably magnesium depletion with coffee consumption. I slowly reduced my coffee intake to one cup in the morning. I first cut out milk to make it less palatable. Removing tempting sweeteners, milk and flavored creamers to start really helps. It breaks up the routine of how you prepare your coffee. From there it's a matter of reducing your consumption little by little with consistency. It works pretty well.

Caféine gives me so much boost and focus but just after that the major heart beat and increases my anxiety by 100, I don’t even like the taste but it’s odor. I’m on my third day cold turkey, I hope I can make it cause it’s really hard !!

I drink only 1 big cup of coffee a day in the mornings but the withdrawal symptoms.. oh lord. Had a raging headache 4 days in a row. Had it when I went to sleep, had it when I woke up. I think I'll be sticking to water now.

I have all the signs of withdrawal right now so I'm sipping on some decaf chai tea. only 2 mg caffeine per teabag.
Green tea has way too much caffeine now that I've weaned off the usual dosages but it's great for tapering down.
Now the days are more relaxing, time goes by more slowly, I'm less irritable, no more afternoon crash or extreme fatigue, more clear headed and even tempered.

I quit smoking a year ago, and that was a struggle. However what I was completely unaware of was that... I was and still am completely dependent on caffeine! Many 84 hour overnight work weeks / months apparently attributed to this, as I started drinking coffee, energy drinks, and lots of soda. I've been cutting back on it the past few weeks, however I've found it 10x harder than with nicotine. I tried cold turkey, but I ended up nauseous, dizzy, and completely dead tired all the time. Looking for a "cure" lol.

I experienced withdrawal symptoms just recently. I have been off coffee for about a week now and I will continue to be off for my health.

I always start my mornings with 12 ounces of lemon water...the same amount of coffee that I drink. Some years ago, I started having really bad headaches/migraines to where I was taking migraine meds. When Excedrine was briefly taken off the market some years back, I started drinking 1 cup of coffee a day to deal with the headaches and get off the meds. It works, but whenever I don't have that 1 cup, I will have the headache. The coffee also helps with my bowels. When I don't have it, I get constipated. But, I have noticed that coffee increases my anxiety. I just want to be off of it, and will try the supplements you recommend. Thanks Dr Mandell

Peace Doc. Deeply appreciate you making a video about the subject I requested. Not a lot of youtubers would do that and quickly after with such high quality content. Very good subject not touched upon much on YT besides peoples personal opinions. I hope this vid becomes popular and I will post it on a giving up caffeine reddit forum.

Thank you Doctor. Anytime I need help with a health issue I watch your videos first. I am finally going to break away from coffee for good. Thank you again for the info. I used to drink lemon tea first thing in the morning growing up. Now I regret ever stopping that by replacing the morning ritual with coffee.

Wow this helped! On day 3 of 100% caffeine and sugar removal .... in a glass of water with juice of half a lemon, stirred in half teaspoon of panax ginseng powder and popped 2 x magnesium pills and I feel better! Will do this 2 to 3 times day. Thank you 💜

Question, I have extremely low blood pressure there is nothing I've been able to take for it so I drink coffee more as a self-medicating supplement. Unfortunately I do know the horrors about drinking coffee but if I do not drink coffee I Collapse . I've looked into natural ways to boost my energy I'm going to try the ginseng now. It has been years looking for things. I have to avoid certain vegetables because and citrus because it lowers my blood pressure . I'm so grateful for this video. I'm going to try the ginseng along with other remedies. And I'm taking magnesium. Just so happy I ran into this.

Definitely take it seriously and do it over time gradually. I ran on strong coffee for a couple of weeks working night shift then I put it down and thought I would drink a soda or two and walk it off. I lost my cool on my whole crew more than once. Had to wean myself off with Pepsi. You can feel the caffeine leaching out of your brain when you get those headaches lack of energy lack of motivation irritability. Caffeine withdrawal symptoms are very real it's a serious addiction more than we realize.
