Supplements are merely the cherry on top 🍒 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING replaces the following: which are CHIEFLY responsible for “looking” how you want to look.
2) Eating properly
3) Sleeping enough

Don’t think that supplements are THE answer to changing how you look. They are not. They can be an augmentation to an already great set of habits that you have in place (the ones I listed above) MASTER THOSE FIRST.

Understand this is merely a list of what I use & and not a list of what YOU should take. I just want to provide you with an idea of what someone like
me (who takes their training/diet as seriously as possible) takes in terms of This isn’t to say that there are not other great supps out there, but these are what I currently use. Do your own research & consult your physician.


SUPPLEMENTS LIST:
* Vitamin D: good for immune health, bones & potentially hormones

* Vitamin C: used to make collagen (forms body tissues) can aid healing overall

The RYSE Supps
* Sunny D Pre Workout: Helps focus, energy, and can help blood flow (sometimes I’ll add a pump supplement to this like the Ryse pump caps)
* Creatine Monohydrate: Boosts gym performance
* Protein Powder: some say it’s a food, some say it’s a supplement- I don’t really care. I use it in great tasting recipes to fill in the gaps of what I don’t get from meat, eggs etc. My favorite flavor is the cinnamon toast 🤤

* Beetroot Powder: Supports endurance

* Zinc: Immune system, healing, can support hormones

* Magnesium: Can support muscle, nerves, energy production & hormones

* Fish Oil: (omega 3’s) cardio health (lungs, heart, blood vessels etc.)

* Hawaiian Spirulina: has vitamins A, K, B12, and some antioxidants. I put this stuff into the “who knows how well this works, but it can’t hurt” category. Beware - it tastes kinda gross



This is actually my own app that I personally operate. My goal is to continue to make this the absolute highest quality Training available anywhere. I take the guess work out of it...all you have to do is show up

Everyone needs to remember though that you can all get strong without any supplements and influencers get paid from these companies. If you want to support them and try supplements go for it, but make sure to do research and remember that you can all get big without them too

I have a question, i take MSM 2000mg, Boron 6 mg, Vitamin D3 6000 units, ashwaganda, glucosamin & chodontrin, zink 10 mg, cissus quadrangrlensis 750 units, DAILY

What must i check to be safe i dont take to much?

Liver and kidneys or big blood count or what?

There have been recent studies showing that creatine is considerably more effective when taken directly AFTER a workout and dissolved in water with a pinch of refined sugar. Use slightly warmer water to help it dissolve quicker.

I have some rice, eggs, ham, and cheese when there is some. I eat once or twice a day. I still train and perform like an athlete. Boxing and running are my disciplines. I can only imagine where I would be with proper nutrition and supplements.

Magnesium helps with Vitamin D absorption. You should take them together

What a boss! Meanwhile, most of these fitness guys on YouTube are scared to even mention anything outside the protein they’re allegedly taking where they’re making a cut from promo.
