here is my review: the cardio was hard and fast enough to pump my heart and the ab isolations really burnt and were creative and unique. I love that Kit can explain so well and her moves are always something new I never tried before. it was effective and quick.
I would say I'm an advanced level

I like the trainer..She balanced between rising our heart rate and bringing it down.. and in the end I loved when she said to thank our body for doing this workout..

This is my dream workout- Went by so fast! I have to comment because as a professional dancer and yoga instructor I really appreciate the way each move flows seamlessly into the next. The little stretch in between exercises sets her apart from the rest. Mindful + sweaty perfection! THANK YOU. PS- Don't be intimidated if you're a beginner- she gives modifications and amazing corrections to help everyone avoid injury. 10/10

We have done a number of PopSugar workouts over the past few years, but this one is probably our fave. Thank you, Kit. You strengthen our core, stretch our muscles and make us sweat buckets. Hard to beat that!
