3 Ways I Use Chia Seeds As A Nutritionist

I blend chia with oats and otger ingredients to make a thin englush muffin. It has a whole grain taste and is carefully cut in half toasted with butter. Warm with a nice soft dense chew to the bite😊

I also make chia strawberry jam with maple syrup as sweetener

You can also cook down some berries until they r jammy, add some chia seeds and honey or sweeter of choice (squeeze of citrus is nice too). After it sits in the fridge for a few hours the texture is like legit jam. It's easy and delicious.

Don’t chia seeds need to be soaked beforehand? Is it lectins? I can’t remember.

I love that last one but I added flax seeds instead of the other one. I used hemp, chia, and flax with milk and heat it up using a little local honey or local maple syrup

Chia seeds are magical. I had a big chia pudding this morning for breakfast - thick/creamy coconut milk and some whole milk with chia sweetened with some honey, topped with berries and bananas. I wasnt tired waking up, but i had such a big serving and ate so many calories that I legitimately had to take a nap right after eating it 😂

Thanks Autumn! Ever since I started watching your channel last fall, I now regularly use chia seeds. I blend them in a smoothie or let them sit a bit in a small amount of coconut milk before I make my breakfast Greek yogurt bowl. 👍

Love love love the grain free “oatmeal “! I make it hot per the recipe or you can put everything together, minus the ghee, and use the exact recipe as overnight oats. You can even throw it all in a blender and have it for a smoothie. This is such a versatile recipe. Tip: change the base flavor by changing the flavor of extract. 😊
