Chia seeds are highly nutritious and have several incredible benefits, ranging from aiding weight loss to improved bone, healthy skin, and hair. Chia seeds are a rich source of fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. Include these tiny seeds in your favorite dish, or have them as a part of the dessert.
However, excessive fiber intake can cause problems like abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and gas so do not exceed the number of chia seeds. To prevent this, start with a small quantity and incorporate it into your diet 2-3 times a week.

I have used non-dairy milk like coconut milk, soy milk, oat milk, and almond milk in the above recipes. For the smoothie recipe, if you don't want to use yogurt, just add 1 cup of non-dairy milk.

As a vegan I loved this video! So healthy and the egg trick works perfectly in most of the recipes I tried. I hated chia pudding before so I will try the mousse tomorrow morning with my 2yo ❤️ always trying to include more chia seeds in her diet!

I drink chia seed water (1st one here in video) in morning. It really works, i lose 3kg in 1 month but most important thing is you must drink a lot of water i mean alot.
Also thank you for the other recipes, i will try these all. ( Crash landing on you is really good choice of yours😊)

I've been drinking like a litre of chia water and it doesnt make you loose weight. Chia is loaded with so many nutrients....that is for sure!
