important: add water every time you eat chia seeds, as they can stick in the throat and cause serious problems. this should have been mentioned. also, the photo of them on top of the dessert can be misleading as they are not lubricated.

I bought chia powder. I put it in my V8 along with powdered fennel and Flax seeds. All in my V8 to help my gut.
