15 MIN TRICEP WORKOUT with Dumbbells - No Repeat | Caroline Girvan

Nothing but the triceps here! 15 minutes perfect as a finisher to any chest workout or simply on its own as a quick yet intense workout to strengthen the triceps!

For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair of dips and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest.

Every set is different with variations of well know isolation exercises!

X1 SLOW TRICEP PUSH UP!

The finisher, the one slow tricep push up requires a lot of focus and determination! Keep those elbows in close by your sides as best you can!!

I feel like a vulture sometimes... just waiting, constantly refreshing and watching to see when the next video will drop (coz the YouTube notification alert is a few mins slow sometimes!!) Really enjoying these shorter duration workouts which gives me the option to "layer on" or mix and match workouts as I wish!

The videos are perfectly made that enables me to follow along. The timing, spacing, music, notifications all blend into a perfect balance to allow anyone to follow along without rushing, getting behind, trying to catch up, etc. And, the pictures of the exercises correct performance before the exercises begin is genius. Caroline you are so ripped that my noodle arms cannot comprehend. I did this workout and one of your bicep workouts and lemme tell ya, my arms are s h a k i n g right now. The fact she finished this off with a slow Tricep curl too, absolutely crazy.

Done after today's Chest and Shoulder workout. Arms are dead 😆. After the Diamond press arms feeling fatigued already. From 1×slow diamond press onwards was a struggle but pushed through. Solid Tricep workout! Thanks Caroline! 💙
