In this video, we’re going to talk about the best and worst foods for belly bloating.

A lot of people deal with bloating—and most people aren’t sure what causes it.

Lactose intolerance, SIBO, low stomach acid, low bile, gut inflammation, gluten, and other food allergies and sensitivities can cause bloating.

Worst foods for belly bloating:
• Beans
• Lentils
• Soda
• MSG foods
• Dairy
• Grains
• Fruit—especially apples and pears
• Beer
• Broccoli
• Cabbage
• Brussels sprouts
• Onions
• Almonds

Best foods for reducing bloating:
• Leafy greens (in smaller amounts)
• Fermented veggies
• Eggs
• Fish

I am so tired of feeling bloating, the uncomfortable feeling is annoying. I use to be super fit, on a well balanced "body building" meal plan...last 5 years, my digestive system went haywire. Maybe its due to aging, just turned 50. Hoping watching your videos can shed light.

I was eating broccoli everyday for years, caused chronic bloating n depression, but i did not realise it was the broccoli.
Took it out of my diet eventually. I have never been happier.

Most people may have sibo and not realize it. Sibo is just a symptom of weak stomach acid and/or low bile. The purpose of hydrochloric acid and bile are to kill bacteria in the small intestines. Gut bacteria also raise the pH and neutralize certain digestive enzymes preventing proper digestion as well. Salt also has chloride so try increasing salt to 2-3 teaspoons first before Betaine HCL. B1 thiamine deficiency, calcium channel blocker can also cause weak stomach acid. To verify stomach acid you can do a baking soda stomach acid test

I have onions and garlic daily. Now I understand that it is the onions that are doing the bloating. I also consume some of the other in the worst list. Ugh! I do not tolerate any grains and will use almond flour from time to time. So back to the coconut flour for me. I love the burger! But I only get the 85/15, grass fed, no antibiotic/growth hormone kind. I found cassava for pasta and have no issues. I love this list and have saved and printed it along with some notes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

He should mention digestive Enzyme, and the different kind and what he recommends. Some ppl can’t tolerate enzymes derived from animals

i use pineapple for my bloating. Not the jiuce but the raw. very helpful to eat some slices prior to eating anything that's hard for your digestion.
