Doctor I was a person few years back who used to eat peanuts all day and had no issues with it, now I am 28 and recently I have issues with even eating little roasted peanut (diarrhea and excessive gas ). Doctor is it normal ?

I have previously, not able to eat. That time i try to avoid food due to bloating, acid reflux, gases.


But after some changes in my diet and time I defeated gases issue.

📌📌📌
after removing onion from salad,

drinking 3-4 ltr water,

Avoid morning tea and sugar ( after 10 am I eat lemon poah or biscuit and after 30-50Min I drink tea if tea craving come)
avoided Everest or other masala,

avoid Oily foods of outside,

Avoid non veg and fast food,

Most important eaten food very slowly (by decreasing speed of eating and dinner before or till 07:00 p m)

Proper timing of sleeping (9 -10 hrs)

Walk 10000 steps daily

Removing air out from my mouth

BUT NOW my craving of food increase and i don't feel any gastic or acid reflux .
