for me, i’ll exercise the day before and then wake up with a thinner stomach and then as soon as i eat even a single piece of fruit it’ll start expanding and it doesn’t go down. this happens almost everyday. i wanted to know if that is bloating and normal. thank you, and i really liked this video!

Bloated stomach may be caused by the lower pillow during nights, I use the ZAMAT Immerse Butterfly Pillow and that really helps to relief the bloating. You introduce the eating habits and it's useful, and I have to say the outer fact is also vital, because so many people just lie down on their beds and sofa after eating. This is only part of the issue. Intermittent fasting is the #1 cure for many issues caused by the terrible nutrition in our foods.
Also, organic food is a good start.

I'm new to yoga, certain poses can help relief gas or bloating. I noticed the relief from the "pressure" when started doing them.

OMG, I had to use a vibrating kegel doohickey on my bloat belly to get it to stop kicking my ass after nine long hours of screaming. Was inadvertently exposed to stevia this morning, haven't had that anywhere near my home in 5 years or longer

I have tried most all of them for bloating. The best and fastest thing I have found is a glass of warm water 8 oz and 2 spoon full of Epsom salts. Stay close to a toilet after 2 hrs. If you have bloating a lot see a doctor. I am 89 and have used Epsom salts since i was a boy. Do not become dependent on it. Eat a healthy diet. Try to find out what foods make you bloat. Seems like when it comes to bloating opinions are like noses everybody has one.

Some say to eat slowly and less helps me. He's right about walking or try a tread mill to help digestion after eating. Also, don't nap after a meal as it will just there. Also try grazing which is eating small meals throughout the day helps me now as I can't put down a full meal right now.

ideally intermittent fasting and keto diet helps fix bloating
but veggies cause bloating, and the keto diet is 50% veggies
