I like peppermint tea, kombucha and other fermented foods. That would be a good idea to include that in my diet.

You can suck in your stomach all the time. Just make sure to breathe normally. It will tighten your stomach muscles. Learned this from Denise Austin in a women’s magazine in 1985.

I had severe bloating for 15 years. Not one medical physician I went to in allopathic medicine could help me and just gave me a blank sad look and told me it was ibs. Thankfully I had a doctor to exploratory surgery because of my PCOS and pmdd and she found an extreme case of endometriosis on my bladder Fallopian tubes and ovaries. Thankfully I was able to get my endometriosis surgery during the end of exploratory and I have not had severe severe bloating sense. For years for years I took all these things he's talking about and nothing helped. So when you do this and nothing helps and your female I bet you got endometriosis. So go see someone an advocate for yourself because doctors don't care

For people with IBS, if kimchi is too spicy for your stomach to handle you can always rinse it off in some cold water before you eat it.

try an elimination low FODMAP diet and maybe ask your doctor aboyt the possibility of endometriosis (if there are other reasons to suspect it). EMS/TENS units can compliment a habit of abdominal exercise, to developed muscle. don't use it while exercising, or over rely on it.

oh, and don't be scared of popping a gas-X/ simethicone. Ginger can help, too, but simethicone is your best friend for a quick fix.

So glad I had a baby with a half Korean man……. Kimchi is a must in my diet and even when his family is out here after the divorce I get an insane amount of traditional food and home made kimchi to take home 😭💞💞

Kombucha helps too, but like soda it bloats you a little more before it unbloats you.
